At Jimmy Sullivan Studio we work on a range of residential and commercial design projects, from home remodels and additions to custom homes built from the ground up.

We provide services for all phases of design, planning and construction. We offer fully visualized conceptual 3D renderings, models and video animation so that our clients can better explore their vision, and the best design can emerge. We provide clients with simple design consultation services all the way through to a completed set of construction and permit drawings.

Originally founded as Citizen Design Studio in 2004, the name of the studio was updated to Jimmy Sullivan Studio in 2022. Although the name of the studio has been updated the ethos remains unchanged: we are committed to being responsible citizens and making well thought out design choices which minimize the impact on our environment. Sustainable design is both essential and beautiful.
