Background
After earning his degree in architecture at The New School of Architecture + Design, Jimmy Sullivan relocated to San Francisco to pursue his passion for design and the art of building. Jimmy has worked on a wide variety of projects in both residential and commercial architecture including retail, laboratory, affordable housing, education and high-end residential design. Following several years practicing in firms in San Francisco, Jimmy formed CitiZen Design Studio in 2004 in San Diego and most recently Jimmy Sullivan Studio in 2022 in New York.
