ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT
This young tech couple was looking to create a modern Accessory Dwelling Unit on their property for guests and for a future aging parent. Primary goals were to take advantage of the scenic views of the valley and Black Mountain and to locate the addition for maximum privacy in relation to the main house. Large windows and an open plan help build a relationship to the exterior and make the 410sf space feel much larger. This project is currently in construction.
